When booking, we ask for half of the total amount.<\/p>\n

The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before arrival along with the deposit<\/strong> of \u20ac250.<\/p>\n

The deposit will be refunded after review and cleaning within 14 days.<\/p>\n

For cancellation until the 30th day before the day of arrival: 50% of the rental price.<\/p>\n

For cancellation from the 30th day to the day of arrival or later: the full rental price.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All-In<\/h5>\n

We work with all-in prices. So there will be no additional costs. The beds are made and the bathroom is provided with a towel package per person. <\/p>\n

Kitchen linens, dish soap and basic spices are provided. Energy costs are included for normal consumption.<\/p>\n
