The vacation home
Vacation home Paddenhoek is spacious and suitable for 4 persons.
The house of our farm is located in the Pajottenland in Gooik.
The ideal place to relax, walk, cycle or enjoy an exciting book under our lime tree.
20 minutes from the capital and yet in the middle of nature.
Ninove, Halle and Enghien are easily accessible by bicycle paths.
Downstairs
Spacious living room with sitting area, wood stove and TV area with wifi and Google Chromecast.
From here you have a view of the garden.
Well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with three freezer compartments, microwave, coffee maker and all basic kitchen utensils.
Through the large sliding window there is access to the terrace and private garden with BBQ.
Bathroom with large walk-in shower and two sinks.
Entrance hall with separate toilet.
Upstairs
Two spacious rooms.
The first room provides a double bed (160 x 200 cm).
The spacious landing provides a toilet and a sink.
The second room provides two single beds (90 x 200 cm) but it is possible to transform it into one large bed. (180 x 200 cm).
Outside
Guests have a private garden and terrace with fence.
From here you can access the parking lot.
An electrical outlet is provided outside.
Within 500 m there are three charging stations for electric cars.
Terrace with the necessary garden furniture and BBQ.

Payment
When booking, we ask for half of the total amount.
The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before arrival along with the deposit of €250.
The deposit will be refunded after review and cleaning within 14 days.
For cancellation until the 30th day before the day of arrival: 50% of the rental price.
For cancellation from the 30th day to the day of arrival or later: the full rental price.
All-In
We work with all-in prices. So there will be no additional costs. The beds are made and the bathroom is provided with a towel package per person.
Kitchen linens, dish soap and basic spices are provided. Energy costs are included for normal consumption.
We ask that you clean up, empty the dishwasher and leave the house broom clean.
